Why not a $30 million dividend to achieve the same results only better?
If people went out and bought more shares and shorts printed more shares naked, what does that accomplish? Especially, if shorts can't deliver the dividend on the shares they've already shorted?
No point in buying more shares from insolvent shorts. The paper shorts are selling isn't real and they should go to prison for their fraud. But the brokers better honor it.
