Exactly! He's also incorrect on volume both in the OTC generally and on $PSRU.

This year, some OTC tickers have been adding 50 Billion on each update!

$PSRU high volume days already in 2024:

26 March: 329M
27 March: 323M
22 April: 974M
23 April: 495M
10 June: 733M
11 June 453M

Several traders already have 100M > 300M each for trading throughout 2024 and into 2025.
