Coat in olive oil, lemon juice, liquid smoke and bake. I sprinkle Trader Joe's dry toasted sliced almonds on it after it's baked.

The 'critical chef'? Ok, olive oil, good start, lemon juice, nice. Liquid smoke, neat. Add toasted almonds? Works with brook trout, sure. Yeah that moves the needle to 10 out 0f 10.

Hmmm. I would never trust someone else to pick produce for me.

Yesterday I stopped at a LIDL. The store can be very hit or miss. I purchased some peaches that came in a pre-packaged 2 pound bag. I thought I looked at them pretty closely, but clearly not closely enough. When I got home and opened the package I found that half of the peaches were very bruised; one was starting to rot. They went into the trash.

Considering what was edible the price ended up to be double what the bag cost. Certainly not worth making a return trip to get a refund.

LOL Thinking about what "Oooooh!! Only two stops away now!! ONE stop!!" could mean was fun until i gave up and headed more upstream. LOL Is like those standing at a bus stop watching the bus on it's way. Sounds you need a good young/old fella 'round to help when those groceries arrive. Sorry to see the heatwave still about.
