I believe for uplisting the financial needs to be audited as per my knowledge…
WDLF is no longer audited now..
If they every submitted the form 10 for audited financials that means there will be 60 days window.. may sec comments from SEC.. etc…

So i think no uplisting just bunch of lies until they are proved they are not..
