Smart plan. Probably a good idea to hang onto some for a very long time in case it goes wild. I’m in with around 185,000 at a .05 average. Not a lot but $4 is a milly. So it’ll do haha. But I flipped alot between 2018 and 2020 so I’m playing with the houses money
