In addition to that, our resident bashers seem to have an agenda here at holding this back, not to protect any naked short positions like we usually see, but more likely to help keep the price down until that name change occurs, when much larger investment firms are able to buy in earnest.
It's not often, or rarely, that I see big institutional money take any large stake in sub-penny OTC stocks. But with IGPK's stellar revenue already, a name change and an NASDAQ uplisting could bring in a massive amount of new money into this ticker. Until then, I'll just quietly continue to accumulate shares!
