How are shareholders benefitting from the buffoon CEO acting as an extra in B movies??
He has a fiduciary duty to shareholders. Him playing an extra when the company he is the CEO of is failing. Does he have this much extra time?? He obviously doesn't know how to run a movie distribution company as his track record is beyond pathetic.
But they are talented actors appearing in movies that actually get released. Not one long wants the CEO spending time acting in B movies. Besides getting f*cked six ways to Sunday, what do the shareholders gain from this lunacy?
