All the documents the state of Florida received prior to mONI's announcement of the acquisition of Wikolo on the morning of May 7th for ANY Corporate Amendments, Mergers, Conversions, OR Resignations have been processed.
That means if mONI actually did send in paperwork, it would be done by now.
One could easily assume, mONI lied, CF lied, Wikolo lied, . This is just getting good, from mONI putting out BS tweets for a year and a half, CF a paid agent of the company promoting the stock and actually telling people illegally to buy all they can and now Wikolo is part of the clown show. SEC puts a little pressure on Wikolo, I bet little Grant squeals like a pig.
I'm surprised mONI investors don't actually take some legal action, but maybe too embarrassed they got SUCKERS for the umpteen time over 12 years.
mONI will deliver all right and not in the front door.
