What a hypocrite posting this right after his CNNA criticism about that company being full of stories, even though that stock is also a disaster.

$GVSI - forget about it until mid 2025.

Again more stories and kicking the can down the road again and again. It's been three years with nothing. A total failure.

And nothing will happen with GVSI because of GVSI's delinquency with the SEC, it not being SEC registered and reporting, a FINRA Notice of Deficiency that was never addressed, a SEC/FINRA restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger and continued violation of FINRA Rule 6490.

$FORW - in acquisition/merger discussions with a company in the healthcare industry that is a natural fit with Ligand's ventilators. Although we are on the 5th version of an agreement, I do not know if or when this is going to transpire. Ligand is currently awaiting Ghana FDA approval to sell 5,000 units. I am informed that there is reason for optimism but I have been waiting for this for a while.

Talk about "stories." Again three years of pumping like this and nothing. He sounds like a broken record about "merger discussions" that lead nowhere just like GVSI's catastrophic merger failure.

$WNFT - Awaiting the ruling on Calasse's appeal from the Nevada Supreme Court. OTC application for access to OTC Link has been filed and will hopefully be approved by Independence Day.

Playing dumb when I let the cat out of the bag that GVSI wouldn't be able to get corporate actions approved by the SEC/FINRA, only to have to admit it later when he had to as part of the reasons why the catastrophic "merger" (which was another complete lie) fell through.

I don't even know what that means.

A so-called "OTC Wizard" and CEO who doesn't know what a restriction on corporate actions means.

FINRA will not process a corporate action such as a name change, symbol change or reverse (or foward split) while an issuer is deemed delinquent in its reporting requirements.

Also notice how he left out "reverse merger" as a corporate action that FINRA will not process because of GVSI's delinquency.

And now he wants people to believe there will be a reverse merger in 2025.

That's just another lie in a long list of lies.
