The who NASDAQ NYSE ipo thing is just a cash grab screwing of retail.
All these little companies start at $5 and sell the shit out of it driving it down to 20 cents. They get disciplined by authorities and then just RS and start over . Then twitter groups run it up a few cents and sell also
