Yep!

Their 3rd quarter is due in 1 month, no way they can have that on time either.

Not a word from the CEO about the delinquent 2 quarters or anything for that matter.

Looks as though they will be in the Expert Market for quite a while.

Still maintain IMO CH11 is not out of the question.
