PLUG management need to maintain a positive ratio of their compensation and the shares.

Because the PLUG share price has fallen so far, PAUL has had to buy more shares in order to maintain the ratio.

No, they all just got free shares is all as part of their compensation packages. None of them have the balls or faith in the company to buy shares in the open market, which speaks louder than any words. At this price, if they knew something big was up, like the touted short squeeze by our toothless leader, they would be buying hand over fist.
