Wow! In the picture, look at the welt in the neck, was this guy suicidal? did he try to un-alive himself using a knife? Geez, is that who is making decisions at ASTA? No wonder this symbol isn’t going anywhere.
He looks like birds got ahold of his neck, or the crimson red mark was made by fingernails. At any rate, it’s not a pretty picture. He needs help as do those close to him.
