Its 1 1/2 billion on top of the other dilution. While a billion isn't that much in otc this ticker has a long history of telling everyone that there's updates on the way while dumping shares and then no updates of any kind.
Some have said new CEO or something but there has not been any updates eluding to such.
A dilution scam is a solution scam and nothing else.
This my friend has been a scam from the beginning.
