Well your right… I did not factor in the company needing the share price pumped. But I assumed that part was understood by most.

Can they even file a S1 until they get the unsolicited quotes warning removed? I’m thinking no but I have not really reasearched it in a while…. I’m just wondering what loophole is being used to sell. Should be interesting going forward.
