A buyout on the OTC will result in every shareholder getting PENNIES on the dollar.

The buyer will hold the share price against us in negotiations............and rightfully so.

We'll get AT LEAST double, if not TRIPLE or QUADRUPLE the price if we're sold on the Nasdaq as compared to being sold on the OTC.

I hope Nasrat isn't stupid enough to ACTUALLY sell Elite while on the OTC.

It will go down in history as the DUMBEST decision ever made by a CEO.

It will also mean he flat out LIED to shareholders for OVER A DECADE about uplisting to Nasdaq.
