The first lien holders are attempting to force a liquidation. Something tells me they are trying to get the property for cheap. Something else tells me that Colliers will obtain funding to pay these guys off soon enough.
This is a desperate attempt to take over the property imo. Otherwise, why would they try to disrupt the best opportunity the company has had in years to land a deal, which in turn would get them their money back sooner than later.
