In any event, my take on Stellantis's off take, without knowing for certain, is that they are waiting like EXIM, for addtl drilling to confirm proven vs probable reserves which NioCorp will deliver with the new drilling. If Stellantis doesn't want NioCorps REE's, there will be plenty of other takers. JMO
