Don’t get blinded buddy by the revenue numbers!! Look at there earnings and reflect on that!! They do less than a half a percent net income !! That’s pathetic!! Let’s say they do 350 million this year who gives a chit when they can’t bank 1 million?
Preliminary revenue put the last two months at 27M. So figure Apr thru Dec would be 27M x 9 months = 243M add Q1's reported 51.4M and that's already 294.4M this year.
Then consider Lynk Telecom should add 20M a year. Contributing 6 months this year if it closes July 1st and that's another 10M putting them on track for 304.4M before any additional growth.
Organic growth was already exploding with Q1 showing 108% YOY growth before these acquisitions. Now adding 2 additional companies to cross sell with and the growth should only increase throughout the rest of the year so no way they're only gonna do 304M. I say 325M is actually a very conservative guess.
The CEO consistantly under promises and over delivers on revenue every year. 2023 they beat their initial forecast by 38%
