Agreed and correct. I believe it’s the Rule 10b5-1…Which enables insiders to create a trading plan in advance. This is essential for insiders, for obvious reasons.
Not too sure if this will damper any future positive new, that might keep the PPS from appreciating to much higher expectations.
I’ll assume she’s doing so, to turn around and buy back $.005’s or for her husband to do. JMO
The question is, how far along are these future trades planned out?
