Every single stock posted on on the OTC short report is a company that is legit and reporting to th SEC they that list is declared as the most heavily shorted I watch it every day most are at there altime lowest price ever and that is tr a fact that is true that is not a fraud it is posted and you can use that info any way you want it so it appears to me FIBRa books are the problem and that is brokers and market makers reporting to them
