The next bit is entirely untrue however:

In reality Chang exercised his ultra cheap recently repriced options at 0.005 - never at "$0.01 to $0.02 per share" and promptly dumped 1.5 million them at market price. No dout the rest will follow soon.

That is not a buy. That is another 5M share gift that he exercised so he can sell those shares.

Directors of normal company make less than Dennis Chang.
