Scam? Possibly... especially with no communication and filing reverse splits. And nope, haven't gotten response from them yet.

Yes I received the text and spoke to him. He was very informative on the current activity and nice enough to put me in touch with one of the principles of Golkor. I suggest calling him back, if it was a scam I can assure you he would have recommended to me to buy more stock in the company which he didn’t.

Jeremy is the VP of Business Development of Golkor. You can view his bio below. Why would you drag someone's name through the mud whom you don't even know?

Could it be possible that he tried to reach you via telephone and was just courteous enough to send you a followup text?

I hope you have the decency to take down, or at least amend your post, Sir. This man has done nothing wrong but reach out to you as a courtesy, and now, since you've posted his name and scam in the same sentence, it shows up in a web search.
