IMHO, it might have been wise to wait. After Dennis hosts his next Spaces podcast, the sp will dip a few ticks. It always does...verifiable and predictable. Also, the Market could (might?) continue to sell due to anxiety regarding SEC delinquency. The real head scratcher is Dennis neglecting to file the simplest of SEC reports - a one page filing - the extension request for the 1st quarter fins.
