that's what u are missing. they don't say where they are going to sell. they can sell at current price , they just have to sell more number of shares to get required money. besides they haven.t mentioned any restriction on number of shares they will be paid. big red flag. it could be seen yesterday. pps was roaring in the morning to 0.002 and would have gone up but it came down to 0.0011 on huge volume. can you explain why? please don't say profit takers, flippers and that kind of crap. it's obviouly company and they will be doing it on every news they intend to release which apparently they plan to do everday......ridiculous....
