I believe it's time for a tv series remake of 'Journey To The Bottom of the Sea' or Sea Hunt. They would have unlimited plot scripts concerning climate change.
And make it even more politically meaningful they could bring in orangedonshittypants to play a president who doesn't believe in anything and always fucks the Sea department up.

Kind of like that ground breaking feminine weird guy on 'Lost in Space' who always hung around billie and screwed up the journey every week.
