No one is getting paid to bash this stock. 🙄 These toxic lenders are making many hundreds of thousands off these small conversions and have plenty of money for social media pumpers. This CEO is also issuing shares for the media spots to help. I talk about this with links in post# 13885. We have more than 152 million restricted shares vesting this month to pay on warrants, interest and fees on the short term 2023 notes, and shares issued for the media contract that expired at the end of May. 56,788,923 shares for warrants priced at $0.00062 a share and 96,250,000 shares priced at $0.001 a share for the media contract and interest / fees for note holders.

Anyone looking for cheap shares should save their powder for after the June promotion and share dump. There are two defaulted convertible notes earning 24% interest held by Adar Alef and SE Holdings with current principle balances totaling $584,079. Those notes can convert at 50% discount to market calculated from the average of the three lowest closing bid prices for the previous 20 days. So watch for a period of three days when the price gets sold down to at least recent lows maybe with a little help from these two lenders to potentially lock in a decent conversion price.

Promotion and stock manipulation selling shares is the game because this story isn't attracting any real investors. Blackstar is also bleeding cash heavily defending this lawsuit. We will see how bad it is if they ever get around to releasing the Q1 filing.

The SEC has been taking action against these toxic note holders for failure to register as deals for some time. This hasn't discouraged the obscene conversions for this stock....
