You were told long ago that this is a scam, and that you will get nothing out of it. IMO this new "management" saw an opportunity to pick up some remaining scraps by suing the old management and taking even more money from shareholders. They're essentially bankrupt and nothing will ever come of this junk. It will never trade again. And you think you can get 2 cents a share? I'd sell all of mine for that right now. That's two cents more than it's worth.
