It was shocking to say the least. We knew the math did not add up...We saw the math "error", and was shocked, but upon further inspection, we saw the clause that allowed for it, making it "legal". If it was just the new Accounting firm's "typo" mistake, and not reality, the SEC will uncover that, they can file an Amendment, and everything should be fine, perhaps even get the share price up to its $25 to 260/sh value. If not, and it is some "trickery", or if a Hostile Takeover was imminent (Brand "T" was mentioned in online forums), and they were forced to, or something else entirely no one knows---I hope we find out the truth this week. If it was just an accounting error "typo", and can be fixed, things should go back to normal, and even improve. If it was evil deception, just for profit not desperately needed, then I hope they get delisted. We contacted them many times over the past 3 week with no response AT ALL. Not a good look if you were innocent. If they did, we would have been able to fix the error and refile in plenty of time...We didn't read too much into it because of the move to Florida, to get the drugs sold there, which is now legal in FL... and that may be the case, but maybe not. I hope we learn the truth.
