Yes, it is. And as I showed, it was at $.0015 back then. Now USEI is at $.000001 and on the Expert Market. I pity anyone that took your "investment " advice on that one. The "better" play would be this lousy ticker. At least, Miller is actively trying to make people believe it's worth playing.
