Unfortunately, accountability of management in these companies is highly unlikely. The "forward-looking" disclaimers put the risk squarely on the shoulders of investors.
Short of something outright illegal, that SEC or DOJ can finger, they will get away with their ill-gotten gains.
I lost a bunch on this one and am sure I am not the only one. I snuck in and out a few times, on the hype, to get some money back, but still at a net loss.
