I agree. Is the timing used for leverage in negotiations and or to enhance the value of any acquisition?….probably both.

The three new claims, with the favorable ‘606 ex parte reexamination validated the RBR patent. Along with the recent 101 Alice, which also added tremendous value to the upcoming Mobile Gateway trials.

A lot of positives going into pretrial. Let’s get to August 19th.
