I never thought the patents were worth the effort…they were too broad…patenting a process that can be worked around never seemed like a good idea…

They now have proprietary tech that they could seek a patent on but they would have to reveal the secret sauce…and after they do, a workaround might be found…probably better to not bother with a patent…

Imo, patents are old school bs…mostly not worth the effort…
