Once again no proof! Shorting is allowed and is healthy! No Short is going to short a great company! with PPS going up! That is why this company if being shorted is being shorted because of its track record and management! The Shorts are Correct! That is why the company is doing the RS because they have no real value when it comes to their PPS! A company may declare a reverse stock split in an effort to increase the trading price of its shares – for example, when it believes the trading price is too low to attract investors to purchase shares, or in an attempt to regain compliance with minimum bid price requirements of an exchange on which its shares trade.
