Good news but didn't they announce earlier over a month ago that the debt with the last remaining note holder was just about finished and that they would release a PR confirming that? Now they are saying that a formal agreement was signed with the last remaining note holder stating no further conversion until next year. So seems like the the last remaining not holder's debt is still not paid off and conversions will continue in 2025.
