That's the critical point right there and it would be easy for them to give the market some kind of reassurance..... BUT THEY DON'T!!!

And that's why traders are still reluctant to hit the ask!!!

Now how about the licenses.... are they coming this week after being hyped for 6 months already??? I remember the Divinci guy insisted in March that they are ready in days and now 2 months later.... NADA!!!

SO MAYBE THIS WEEK?????????
