So, you will be out at .25-.30? Don't make any rules you can't break. Keep 1 mil in case it runs to a dollar or more. You would have nothing to lose. Anyway, at .0124 that is far away and there is a lot of time to think about it. Remember, everything that is big started from nothing with just an idea. If NSAV turns into what they have been talking about, and the subs seem to be making it credible, then it will eventually rival some of the bigger exchanges. But, the CEX is just one thing they are into.
