Drugman is lying that the Elba site had issues and that's why Campanella moved on. Per Kenny Whatley, the agent of Elba, Campanella wasted the entire community's time and efforts for almost two years, leading them on with lies after lies and that's why the site is now back on the market. Once Campanella couldn't string the Elba fraud any longer, he had to scramble and find a new site to run the next scam, he chose Dillon as the next target to defraud the public with. Campanella has a history of FRAUD and is just using the site to pump the stock.
