Sure, and IF that happens SFRX should do…….

all they can to put a stop to it.

In fact, they “alleged” such about an Ihub member almost 10 years ago, but they have yet to move the case forward.

There’s another hearing next week in the matter. The Judge is wanting to know why he shouldn’t dismiss the case. Of course the last hearing over a year ago was about the same thing.

Like Juno, what are they waiting on?
