I agree with your statement regarding the absence of internal funding sources. For Pete’s sake, even their current partners are legal corporate shells. I noticed that OTC Markets have s “shell risk” flag posted for GTCH.

There’s a good movie that captures the less admirable reality of business/corporate law entitled “The Laundromat”. I’m not projecting the motives of the bad faith lawyers in the movie onto Mansour or Dr Rittman. However, I could not draw you an accurate 30,000 ft GBT TECH company structure diagram now. Do you or someone on the GTCH Board have a diagram of the current structure?
