I read somewhere in a chat a few days ago:

"From May 31st, the CAT system will be reorganized. Uncovered short sales will then be a problem!!! and we will have much higher PPS $$$$

Does anyone have any more information??

May 24th is the last day of the CAT reporting requirement.
May 28th T 1 will be implemented.
May 28th CAT compliance is required by the SEC.
May 31st CAT will be activated."

.... and can anyone confirm this ? That would be very beneficial for a huge increase in many Nasdaq shares, imo
