If you or your readers are interested, here’s our brief for the three-judge panel at the Federal Circuit. We’re requesting they recommend en banc review of our derivative takings cases

Extremely well written brief that lays out the facts nicely. However, these judges (and a vast majority of the other case judges) have shown they are in the tank for the government. My bet is it falls on deaf ears...praying that I am wrong.
