So Blox has substantial financing and Partners which JP3E will control if they own majority of Blox going forward. Blox could of went public on their own but will be doing so thorough JP3E. They must like what they see with John Park. They have Wall Street experience running the shop and financing! I would gather they must have deep pockets backing them and tons of connections which are all coming into JP3E. This is exciting! The conference call next Tuesday could provide alot more transparency about how big this really is!
