$AHRO needs to get current to bump the A/S to 3.5 BILLION as-filed to meet upcoming coversions.

Following ALL THAT, sure take it private if you like - tho it'll be a buy-under in quads, so remaining common shareholders will essentially lose it all.

But whatever, that would be par-for-the-course here.
