Ehrlich is a fraud so that sounds right. His website still lists Schechter and Spektor as board members even though they resigned. Can't imagine any reasonable/reputable person wanting to associated with him. Fortunately, trading in Ehrlich's mess is extremely limited so the opportunity for failure is greatly diminished.
