He needs to start it new SEC Reporting in 2025 like he said he would and like Nodummy said file a new Form 10 would be the best way to go to be successful here. Hes taken care of the share issues. He's been CEO for over 2 years, so obviously he's waiting for more OTC volume before taking action here, before getting an auditor. It's the best bottom pick right now. I can wait it out 🚀
