yep the one day settlement rule will have an effect, Think the after hours trading is only on select few otc stocks, especially those foreign stocks or stocks that trade on dual changes. Either way the update was overlooked today. What i liked about today is they are clearing most debt along with close to getting deals with major grocers.
But biggest story of the decade, unless im reading it wrong: OTC soon will trade at night time, so European and Asian traders can comfortably trade during their daytime hours?
