Who did this? Dilute from 28mm shares to 36.808 in just over a year? (not even considering ECRC swappable shares). Who did the SPAC deal? Who entered into toxic funding with Yorkville? Who entered into another financing deal that could result in a debt default in a week? Who dangled FS, Stellantis, and EXIM dates but over and over again kicked those events down the road while collecting huge salaries via toxic debt converting shareholders wealth into their own? Trolls? I think not.

For all the years he's been right on the verge with competitive tension, Mark has been able to raise only $2m from one institution, Kingdon, so far. Everything else has been private placements and toxicity.

Even as the stock has plummeted these last 14 months, he still can't get traction with an equity investment. Progress with the feasibility study and EXIM has stalled as a result while he continues to seek capital.

He promised Stellantis news over 6 months ago.

Mark needs $1.4million in 8 days and the market seems to be betting he won't get it. And I can see why, he's been trying unsuccessfully for years. Are you really not worried?

I bought a small stake a few weeks ago betting that there would be some market optimism leading up to this deadline. Very curious to see what comes next.
