Every time I hear someone say what will or will not happen that's a red flag! I think you are a con artist pushing the theft.

With all these emotional responses, I assume you have no experience with capital reorganizations.

I own common stock in a company that has paid me dividends exceeding my original investment. They aren't 'paid off' and I won't be writing them off either.
