Some of the issue belongs with VivosInc. Vivos Therapeutics has been around since 2017. We haven't had the company name 'Vivos' very long. ADMC was certainly a dumb name, but it might have been good to find a cleaner replacement. The issue is that the other company plays in the same area of health care. Its not like it sells shoes and someone can immediately recognize they have the wrong company. Right now the sleep apnea company is the number one hit on Google. There will always be confusion with this company. Our company name is not as relevant as the product names. They could have (a) never picked it (b) changed it when they realized the likelihood of confusion (c) change it now or very soon.
